It's just pointing out the fact that many of us where not taught to honor ourselves for exactly who we are. It's got little to do with our bodies, but instead points to our mental state as the source of our happiness. It's about acceptance of what is now. Not nec what will be. Besides, who's to say that the people that taught you your lessons where right in the first place? It's all only someones opinion, just as this is mine. Take it all with a grain of salt because like the pretty words of this image, it's all just 'pointing at the moon'.
